Handling time is normally 1 business days unless its a pre order, on that case, it will be shipped once it arrives to our warehouse, timing on pre orders will depend on the manufacturer.

Once the order ships, an email will be sent with the carrier and tracking information, upon arrival please check that the box is in good shape and not open, this is very important to fill a claim with the specific carrier, to notify the delivery driver before you sign for the package.
