Returns

You have 14 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. Your item must be in the original packaging. Your item needs to have the receipt or proof of purchase.

If you received an incorrect or damaged product, please contact us to open a case and provide you a RMA number, we will need a description and pictures of the damage, be aware that creased, scratched or damage on the toy packaging wont be elegible for a damage return.

Please consider that on any item, without exceptions, packaging damaged is not considered as item damaged, so we will not offer any exchanges for it, you can still return a packaging damaged item, but buyer will be responsible to return shipping, and original shipping plus a restocking fee (20%) is going to be deducted from the refund.

Funko – If you are attempting to exchange or return a Funko POP! Figure, here are some things you need to know. POP! Figures are mass-produced. As a result, minor variations occur during the manufacturing process.
These variations can include slight creases or scuff marks on the packaging. While we wish everyone could receive a pristine box, it isn’t always the case. Doral Toys policy states that a box flaw is not considered a true defect as long as the POP! Figure itself is unaffected.

Funko Exclusives – Due to the fact that most exclusives came from different retailers and not Funko itself, this items are not Mint Guaranteed, boxes could be perfect, or sometimes has small marks or scuffs, anything bigger (box severely crashed or damaged) will be listed in the Outlet section instead.

Items that are considered as Collectibles are not elegible for returns once opened.

Any items that are from the Outlet Collection (Open Box, Open Blister, Damaged Box,etc) are not elegible for returns, all sales are final on this items.

Refunds

Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item.
If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card (or original method of payment). You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer’s policies.
All returns will have a restocking fee, (min 20%) which will vary depending on the condition of the return.

Shipping

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are nonrefundable.
If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund, even if Free shipping was elegible at the original shipment, the real shipping cost, plus packaging is going to be deducted.

Paypal & Route Protection fees

If you choose Paypal as payment, and we need to refund you (for any reason), please notice that fees from Paypal are no longer refundable, therefore, that will be deducted from your total, if you want to avoid this, please make sure to select a different payment method.

Route insurance is non refundable on any case, no exceptions.
